Retrofit of used machines
The overhauling or modernization of machines and lines, also called retrofit, in the field of coil processing and sheet metal processing is an important part of our industrial service.
Among others we carry out the retrofit at coil cars, lifting tables, shears, levelers, straightener, roll feed, scrap balers, etc., up to complete slitting lines, packaging lines, cut-to-length lines, multi-blanking lines, strip feeding lines, stacking lines and rollforming machines.
In addition we offer specialized personnel for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical disassembly, as well as the subsequent repair and overhauling in our workshop. Careful installation of the components on the machines is a matter of course for us.
We replace the mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components and carry out the test of the machines before delivery.
For assembly and commissioning, our specialist staff is available also on weekends and public holidays.
